Job Summary:

Responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in accordance with The Kind's recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines. Ensures consistency in taste, cleanliness, and efficiency in the kitchen, while maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items following standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation requirements.
  • Ensure food quality, freshness, and consistency at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen areas, including workstations, utensils, and storage areas.
  • Assist in daily food preparation (mise en place) and monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or wastage.
  • Follow proper food handling, safety, and hygiene procedures as required by local health standards.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team, servers, and management to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak hours.
  • Check and monitor equipment functionality and report any maintenance issues.
  • Support in menu improvements, specials, or new dish trials when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, OJT (On the job training), Fresh graduate

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php15, Php25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 27 – 54 per week
