Position: Housekeeping Supervisor

Location: Torre Lorenzo Malate, Malvar, corner Vasquez St, Malate, Manila

• At least College level or Vocational course graduate in Hospitality, Housekeeping, or related field
• With 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in condominiums, hotels, or residential properties
• Has leadership and supervisory skills to manage a team of housekeeping staff
• Knowledgeable in cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and chemical usage
• Can prepare schedules, inventory reports, and inspection checklists
• Physically fit and willing to perform on-ground supervision
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented

1. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure all areas of the condominium are clean, orderly, and well-maintained.
2. Inspect common areas, hallways, function rooms, restrooms, and other facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards.
3. Assign and monitor tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and waste disposal.
4. Train and guide housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment use.
5. Ensure adequate supply of cleaning materials and equipment; request replenishment when necessary.
6. Prepare schedules for daily, weekly, and deep cleaning activities.
7. Report maintenance issues or damages to the Property Manager for timely repair.
8. Implement health and safety standards in compliance with condominium policies.
9. Evaluate staff performance and recommend disciplinary or recognition actions when needed.
10. Coordinate with other departments (Maintenance, Security, Admin) for smooth building operations.
