  • Accurately encode and update client records, transaction details, and project information into the system.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of plots, niches, and columbarium inventory.
  • Ensure all data is entered correctly and consistently for future referencing and reporting.
  • Regularly update and maintain internal databases and tracking systems.
  • Assist in troubleshooting system issues and liaising with the Sytems department for improvements or fixes.
  • Ensure data security protocols are followed to protect sensitive information.
  • Prepare and manage digital and physical documents related to columbarium services, columbarium reservations, contracts, etc.
  • Ensure proper filing and organization of all records, both online and offline.
  • Assist in processing inquiries regarding niche reservations, columbarium policies, and related services.
  • Provide administrative support to sales teams handling reservations and client bookings.
  • Generate regular reports on data accuracy, inventory, and project progress.
  • Assist in the creation of reports for management review and future planning.
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, finance) to ensure alignment of information and support business operations.
  • Coordinate with customer service to address any client concerns or issues regarding their reservation details.

Qualifications:

  • At least a vocational course in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. College degree holders are preferred.
  • Previous experience in data encoding, administrative tasks, or in a related role is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or similar data management systems.
  • Basic knowledge of data entry software and tools is a plus.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail when encoding data.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain an organized filing system.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic system errors and find solutions to data entry issues.
  • Willing to be assigned in Pasay.
