Key Responsibilities:

  • Encode, verify, and update data into the company's systems with speed and accuracy
  • Review and ensure accuracy of entered data and correct any errors
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical records related to the project
  • Follow data confidentiality and security protocols
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks
  • Assist in generating simple reports or summaries as needed
  • Perform other administrative or clerical tasks as may be assigned related to the project

Qualifications:

  • At least a High School Graduate; college-level or graduate preferred
  • Proven experience as an encoder or data entry clerk is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic computer applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Able to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willing to work on a project-based engagement
  • Willing to be assigned in Pasay

Job Types: Fixed term, Temporary

Contract length: 3-5 months
