POSITION DESCRIPTION

Position Title: TPG, iiNet Customer Service Representative

Reports To: Team Leader

Function Consumer Operations: TPG/iiNet Billing

Job Responsibilities:

· Support our Australian residential internet, mobile phone or home phone customers with billing and account queries

· Resolve customer issues by telephone

· Provide excellent customer service

Job Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Host Certificate; Graduate of any 2 or 4-year course is favorable

· 12 months related BPO Experience is preferred

· PRIMARY ID's and SECONDARY IDs are a must and should be ready anytime.

· Excellent customer service attitude

· At above average English communication skills

· Experience with billing, processing payment, credit card payments or financial matters is desired

· Experience with a telecommunications or mobile account is an advantage

· Amenable to work onsite / in office daily.
