Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and support US healthcare providers and clinics
  • Handle interactions and general correspondence professionally and efficiently
  • Execute tasks aligned with the specific requirements and protocols of our US-based clientele
  • Collaborate seamlessly with team members to ensure streamlined operations and superior service delivery

Job Qualification

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Prior experience or exposure in healthcare support roles is an advantage
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in the BPO industry, preferably in technical support or customer service
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly within a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Availability to work within the business hours of our US-based clients
