Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess training needs and monitor training programs.

  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

  • Update and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Support organizational development and change management processes.

Job Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus).
  • Must be Filipino-Chinese.

Work Location: BGC, Taguig (100% onsite)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9AM-6:30PM
