About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Professional to support employees and ensure smooth HR operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, handling employee records management, queries, internal transfers, recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes effectively.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data security at all times.
  • Employee Queries & Support: Provide timely and clear responses to resolve employee concerns related to contracts, employment terms, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Internal Transfers & Letters Generation: Prepare official correspondence for internal employee transfers, ensuring necessary documentation and approvals are obtained.
  • Recruitment & Hiring Support: Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are set-up with necessary accounts, equipment, and access prior to their first day. Manage the offboarding process for employees leaving the organization.
  • Employee Engagement & Events: Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role, including handling employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment.
  • Solid understanding of HR functions and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
