We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Influencer Outreach & Automation Specialist who will lead creator outreach efforts while building automated processes to scale marketing activities. The ideal candidate is skilled in identifying relevant influencers, managing communication, and creating automation systems that streamline data collection, outreach, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and qualify influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Initiate outreach, manage communication, and coordinate creator collaborations.
  • Build and maintain automated systems for collecting influencer data such as emails, engagement metrics, and audience insights.
  • Create scripts or scrapers to extract information from social networks and influencer databases.
  • Develop automated email sequences for large-scale outreach and campaign activation.
  • Track outreach performance, analyze response rates, and optimize for efficiency and conversion.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align campaign objectives, assets, and messaging.

Mandatory Skills

  • Experience in influencer outreach or digital marketing.
  • Strong skills with automation tools like Zapier, Make, or custom automation scripts.
  • Ability to write scripts for scraping and extracting structured data.
  • Experience with automated email systems and CRM workflows.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to improve processes at scale.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing paid influencer campaigns.
  • Familiarity with influencer databases and analytics tools.
  • Basic understanding of API integrations.
  • Previous involvement in creator partnerships or social media operations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once.
