The
Telemarketer

is responsible for conducting outbound calls and digital outreach to prospective leads across various business verticals. The role's primary focus is to present, pitch, and close sales for Traxion's fintech solutions—starting with QRPH and expanding to other services like CTM (Cash Teller Machine), TraxionPayMe, and GiveOnline Today.

  • This is a

closer

—a highly motivated, aggressive, and results-oriented salesperson who thrives on hitting KPIs and pushing leads toward conversion. Passion for sales, the ability to influence over the phone, and strong follow-through are essential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collate warm and hot leads

from marketing campaigns, trackers, or CRM, organized per vertical or batch.
- Make
daily outbound calls

to assigned warm and hot leads.
- Present and pitch

QRPH and other fintech products to potential clients.
- Identify and qualify

leads based on interest and readiness to be endorsed to Sales.
- Handle
inquiries and objections

with expert product knowledge and a value-selling approach.
- Schedule and confirm demo calls

or directly close customers when possible.
- Maintain and update assigned
lead trackers with 100% accuracy

.
- Submit end-of-day KPI scorecards

to reflect daily progress.
- Coordinate with marketing for
proposal, collaterals, or support needs

.
- Monitor lead status across
multiple verticals

(restaurants, schools, hospitals, etc.).
- Provide
weekly summary reports

on objections, insights, or trends per industry.
- Maintain professionalism and consistency in brand voice during all client interactions.
- Strive to exceed weekly qualified lead targets

and demonstrate hunger for performance.

Requirements:

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound telemarketing or inside sales, preferably in tech, fintech, or SaaS.
  • Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills; must know how to push for the close.
  • Aggressive and target-oriented, with a burning desire to hit numbers and outperform.
  • Comfortable in high-volume calling environments.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Zoom, and CRMs.
  • Organized, consistent, and independently motivated.
  • Able to adapt to feedback, adjust strategies, and work with urgency.

Educational Requirements:

● Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
