INFLUENCER OUTREACH AND SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (LUXURY FASHION) LennorHive, Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Role Overview This position manages influencer and affiliate programs, oversees TikTok Shop growth, and leads day-to-day social media campaigns, ensuring every caption, post, and creator collaboration reflects the client’s voice. Salary and Work Setup Salary Range : 800$ - 1,300$ Work Setup : Remote Shift Schedule : Night Shift Location : Remote Your Responsibilities Identify, pitch, and onboard influencers aligned with the client’s values and visual aesthetic. Manage gifting, content briefs, approvals, and tracking of influencer campaigns. Build and maintain an influencer database segmented by platform and ROI. Set up and manage TikTok Shop and affiliate programs (via TikTok Creator Marketplace or Shopify Collabs). Write and edit social captions, influencer briefs, and community responses in the client’s tone. Plan and execute weekly social campaigns aligned with marketing launches. Analyze campaign performance and recommend content or timing optimizations. Maintain strong creator relationships and ensure a consistent, elevated brand presence across all platforms. What We're Looking For 3–5 years in influencer marketing, social media management, or brand copywriting (fashion/lifestyle/D2C brand preferred). Proficiency in tools such as: TikTok Creator Marketplace, Shopify Collabs, Canva, CapCut, Klaviyo (basic), Metricool / Later / Planoly, Google Sheets / Excel for ROI analysis. Fluent English writing and editing skills; ability to adapt to the client’s tone for copywriting. Must have prior graveyard-shift experience with U.S. client overlap.
