Job Description

Step into an exciting role where you'll be the voice of multiple language learning communities As a Social Media Virtual Assistant, you'll manage established social media accounts across different languages, working with pre-created content and proven systems. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who loves social media and wants to gain valuable marketing experience while supporting language learners worldwide. You'll work with organized processes, established tools, and a supportive team that provides clear direction and all the resources you need to succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and publish engaging content across multiple social media accounts using Metricool platform
  • Interact with followers and respond to comments to build vibrant language learning communities
  • Manage social media presence for Spanish, German, Italian, and French language accounts
  • Organize and retrieve content from structured Google Drive folders for seamless posting
  • Apply appropriate captions, hashtags, and formatting to maximize engagement
  • Maintain consistent posting schedules across all language-specific social media accounts
  • Follow established workflows and procedures for efficient content management
  • Engage with potential customers and broader audience to grow community reach
Requirements
  • Strong social media knowledge and natural understanding of major platforms
  • Proficiency with Google Drive, Google Sheets, and willingness to learn Metricool
  • Energetic, fun personality that shines through in social media interactions
  • Younger demographic preferred to authentically connect with target audience
  • Excellent attention to detail for managing multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Ability to follow clear instructions and established processes effectively
  • Basic familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Metricool experience a plus)
  • Enthusiasm for helping people learn languages and connecting with diverse communities
