The CRM Data Management Officer plays a critical role in the organization's digital transformation efforts, serving as the point person for customer data strategy, marketing automation and system integrations. With the website as the central hub for digital marketing communications, this role ensures seamless data flow between customer touchpoints (website, chat, social media, email and offline systems), builds intelligent automation through Zapier and generates actionable insights through robust analytics and reporting. This position is essential in supporting data-driven decision-making and enhancing the customer journey across all digital channels.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.

-Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM management, marketing automation or digital systems integration.

-Experience with Customer Feedback Survey (Tablevibe) and CRM platforms (e.g. Zapier, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent).

  • Working knowledge of website integration tools, analytics platforms (Google Analytics) and marketing automation tools.

-Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail in managing customer data and reporting.

-Self-starter, highly organized, and capable of collaborating across departments.

Location: Proj 4 Quezon City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
