About the role

We are looking for Modern Trade Supervisor to join our team in Pasig City Metro Manila. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of our modern trade channels, ensuring efficient and effective management and compliance with our Trade Return Policy.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise KA operations, specifically manage Trade Returns and Bad Orders (BO) from KAs and other related KA Trade Return and BO concerns
  2. Process Return Orders (RO) in SAP system within ten (10) days from receipt of pull-out documents for KAs (nationwide) and within three (3) days from receipt of pull-out documents for KAs (regional-based)
  3. Weekly alignment with our partner's Accounting Department to close all BO hanging balances within seven (7) days from receipt of the hanging balance report from BPOI
  4. Create pull out letter for all KAs.

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or any related field.
  2. 2-5 years proven experience in a modern trade or reverse logistics supervisory role, preferably within the consumer products industry
  3. Exposure to return to vendor (RTV) processes.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships with partners
  5. Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets
  6. Familiarity in SAP, TMS, WMS and reconciliation
  7. Knowledge of transport operations, trucker compliance, routing and return.
