We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, this role will oversee financial processes, internal controls, and accounting functions across multiple areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US GAAP, financial reporting, and audit preparation, along with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. This position requires independence, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities::

Accounting & Financial Management::

  • Oversee accounting for leases, prepaids, loans, inventory, and fixed assets.
  • Review and approve daily journal entries and monthly cash/bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and company financial policies.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including footnotes for audited financial statements.

Audit & Compliance::

  • Support quarterly and annual audits, ensuring timely preparation of required documentation.
  • Maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.

Other Responsibilities::

  • Lead and support various projects, tasks, and process improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and reporting.

Skills & Qualifications::

Technical Skills::

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA certification preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager.
  • Experience in a large accounting firm focusing on audits and US GAAP is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • In-depth experience with NetSuite, particularly in an intercompany environment (parent company with multiple subsidiaries).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, data analysis, automation).
  • Familiarity with Expensify and is a plus.
