Accounting Team Lead

Kamuning, Philippines TGSI Full time ₱40,000 - ₱45,000 per year

· Ensure accurate and timely invoice processing and payment of the Accounts Payable Team.

· Identify processes that can be automated or streamlined.

· Maintain backlog levels within the published SLA's or KPIs

· Monitor and report on all processing statistics, and coach employees accordingly

· Responsible for taxation and statutory reports and compliance of the Company

· Handle and supervise all expenses accounts of an organization.

· Prepare financial reports and statements for the management.

· Facilitate review of month end adjustments (bank reconciliations, accruals, etc.)

· Manage and control office expenditure within the budget.

· Supervise reconciliation of vendor accounts and their balances.

· Supervise all inventory control management processes.

· Resolve payment issues with assigned vendors.

· Other duties demanded by the nature of the position

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

· Completed Accounting degree and is a Certified Public Accountant

· Atleast 2 years work experience in Financial and General Accounting

· Knowledge in MS applications

· Proficient in problem solving and proactively creates solutions;

· Can provide day to day supervision to Junior members of the Finance team

· Knowledge in closing of monthly reports (ex. bank reconciliation, accruals, reversals, and other month-end adjustments)

· Knowledgeable and with experience in government related compliance especially BIR

· Works well under pressure

· Must be analytical and highly motivated

· Willing to render overtime

· Can work unsupervised

· Detail oriented and willing to learn

· Team player

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
