Position: Quality Assurance Specialist (Seafood & Meat Industry)

Job Description:

Responsible for ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Oversees QA programs, HACCP, GMP, and food safety systems. Conducts inspections, audits, and testing while collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues. Maintains compliance records and trains staff on food safety standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/college degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • 3–10 years of experience in quality assurance or food safety, preferably in the meat and seafood industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, GMP, and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • High level of integrity, ethics, and attention to detail.

Work Location: Banilad, Mandaue City

Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday-Saturday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
