Job Summary
As a PQCC Intern, you will support the Quality Assurance team in making sure that all the processes of the company are in accordance with the expectations of the company, regulations, and what the customers want. You will assist in monitoring, recording, and reporting areas of compliance gaps and consumer complaints, thereby facilitating improvement processes in any department.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recording, tracking, and updating PQCC logs, including compliance checks and complaints received.
- Help in investigating clients' complaints, gathering facts, and preparing initial reports.
- Support the review of processes and workflows to identify potential quality or compliance gaps.
- Assist in preparing compliance and complaint trend reports for management review.
- Coordinate with other departments to follow up on corrective actions.
- Participate in quality audits and process monitoring activities.
- Help organize and maintain compliance documentation for easy reference.
- Provide administrative support to the PQCC team, including data entry, filing, and document control.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Industrial Engineering Degree Program
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) from your school.
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited internship course.
- Must submit an official endorsement letter from your school.
- Must be an undergraduate student (currently pursuing a degree).
