What are the Skills and Qualifications?

  • Develop detailed architectural designs, plans, and layouts for various projects.
  • Prepare and present design proposals, blueprints, and visual presentations.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other project team members to ensure design accuracy and project alignment.
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety, and quality standards.
  • Review and revise drawings based on feedback, changes, or site conditions.
  • Prepare cost estimates, materials lists, and project timelines.

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
  • Licensed Architect is an advantage. (but not required)
  • Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and codes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
