Job Summary:

The Architect is responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction and development of buildings and other structures. This includes preparing detailed architectural drawings, coordinating with engineers and contractors, ensuring compliance with design standards, building codes, and safety regulations, and ensuring that all projects meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop architectural concepts and detailed design plans for new construction, renovation, and expansion projects.
  • Prepare complete sets of architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
  • Ensure all designs comply with applicable local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers to integrate all aspects of design.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design intent, quality, and standards.
  • Evaluate project requirements, budget constraints, and client needs to deliver feasible and creative solutions.
  • Review and approve materials, finishes, and construction methods used in the project.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and government agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
  • Revise plans and specifications as needed based on project developments and client feedback.
  • Stay updated on new architectural trends, sustainable design practices, and technology in the construction industry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture; Licensed Architect preferred.
  • At least 2–5 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project coordination.
  • Wlling to travel and stay temporarily in different sites in the country; setting up prayer tower and willing to work in various difficult situation such as farms and rural area.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp or other architectural design software.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
  • Excellent visualization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based with regular site visits as required.
  • May require extended hours depending on project deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
