Position: Project Architect

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: On-site (Cebu City)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and plans according to project requirements.
  • Ensure design accuracy, functionality, and compliance with local codes and regulations.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients during all project phases.
  • Prepare and review construction drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work aligns with approved designs.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Provide technical guidance and ensure design quality and consistency.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to update on progress and address concerns Qualifications:
  • Licensed Architect or Architecture Graduate
  • With at least 2–3 years of experience in design and construction projects.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Willing to work on-site in Cebu City.
