Sales Representative (Professional Marketing Representative - PMR)

Work Locations: Metro Manila, Southern Tagalog, Cebu, and Region 2

Work Setup: Full-time | Onsite – Fieldwork

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Representative (PMR) who will play a key role in promoting and selling diagnostic products such as reagents, consumables, and equipment. The ideal candidate will help strengthen client relationships, secure account receivables, and contribute to business development through proactive sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Area Sales Manager.
  • Secure account receivables and ensure timely collections.
  • Consistently achieve assigned sales quotas.
  • Promote the company's product portfolio and manage client accounts.
  • Handle and coordinate various client concerns effectively.
  • Participate in biddings to support business development efforts and acquire new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships, especially with key customers.
  • Perform clerical duties such as remittance, expense reports, itinerary writing, and booking processing.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four-year business or medical-related course.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in diagnostic products (reagents, consumables, equipment).
  • Must be driven, confident, outgoing, structured, focused, and charismatic.
  • Well-mannered, willing to learn, and eager to grow within the company.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Willing to travel nationwide and adapt to change.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in preparing bid documents, especially for government clients.
  • Prior experience in the medical or diagnostics industry.
