The Pool Attendant ensures a safe, clean, and enjoyable pool environment for guests by providing excellent customer service, maintaining pool cleanliness, and assisting with guest needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and provide assistance with pool amenities, towels, and seating.
  • Ensure the pool area, loungers, and surrounding facilities are clean, organized, and safe.
  • Monitor guest activity to ensure compliance with pool rules and safety regulations.
  • Report any maintenance, safety hazards, or incidents to the supervisor promptly.
  • Support lifeguards in maintaining a safe swimming environment.
  • Replenish supplies such as towels, water, and amenities as needed.
  • Provide information on resort facilities, promotions, and services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Recreation Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate. SH graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience in hospitality, recreation, or customer service preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of pool safety and sanitation (certification in lifeguarding or first aid is an advantage).
  • Physically fit, service-oriented, and attentive to guest needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
