JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  • Perform end-to-end Recruitment (field or online)
  • Attend and facilitate a job fair
  • Arranging of requirements for job fair and local recruitment activities
  • Responsible for ensuring programs achieve business objectives by filling staffing requisitions with qualified candidates on a timely basis.
  • Oversees and leads the strategic planning, development, and implementation of new recruitment processes and trends to ensure the company's competitiveness in recruiting.
  • Drive the design, development, and delivery of effective sourcing plans.
  • Manages the Sourcing Team and reports on its performance
  • Develop and administer an effective ongoing recruitment process
  • Coordinates with Operations and other OZs to achieve recruitment headcounts and milestones. Works closely with all levels of management to satisfy recruiting needs.
  • Develops recruitment plans, goals, strategies, and activities.
  • Establishes and maintains a recruiting network with various schools, training centers, and potential organizations that can provide/endorse a pool of applicants.
  • Develops and produces reports and metrics that assist in forecasting, measuring, and evaluating recruitment activity and quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
