Mata Services is actively building its network of experienced Fullstack Developers for upcoming client projects in the healthcare industry and other sectors. When matched with a client, you'll join their international remote team and work long-term from anywhere in the Philippines.

What to Expect (Once Placed With a Client)

As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you'll play a critical role in launching and scaling new web applications from the ground up — with modern tools, best practices, and a real-world impact.

You will:

  • Build and maintain scalable fullstack web applications (frontend and backend)
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers
  • Attend regular sprint meetings with global teams (with some overlap in EST)
  • Write clean, secure, and maintainable code in JavaScript and PHP
  • Develop responsive UIs with
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs using Laravel
  • Participate in Agile workflows: code reviews, planning, testing
  • Troubleshoot bugs and optimize performance across the entire stack
  • Stay updated on modern development tools and techniques
What We Look For
  • 3+ years of experience in fullstack web development
  • Proficiency in and JavaScript
  • Experience with PHP and the Laravel backend framework
  • Familiarity with REST API design and consumption
  • Good understanding of databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL
  • Comfortable with Git and modern version control workflows
  • Experience writing unit and integration tests
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Docker or other containerization tools
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience deploying to cloud platforms like AWS or DigitalOcean
  • Exposure to Agile project tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
