DETAIL OF PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PROJECT DELIVERABLES
I. Main Duties and Responsibilities
A. Marketing and Admissions
● Perform CRM function through Social Media (usually in the form of Direct Message in FB, Direct
Message in Instagram, engagement thru comments section of all Ateneo GSB-related Social Media sites
(e.g. FB of Rockwell and Satellite Campuses). Functions include:
o Conduct proper call outs to applicants
o Respond to inquiries and follow up of applicants regarding the status of their application and
the process thereafter
o Answer questions of Student Body (e.g. course offerings, enrollment, subjects, etc)
● Assist in generating leads for events and/or leads generation activities, such as but not limited to, Open
House, Business Seminars/Workshops/Webinars, Coffee Talks, etc.
● Persuade and convert leads to actual enrollment
● Perform surveying on applicants to determine the cause(s) of:
o non-completion of online application form
o non-submission of preliminary requirements
o non-enrollment after passing the exams
o attrition of enrollment for succeeding trimesters
● Manage irate applicants
B. Student Retention
● Gather feedback to gauge student satisfaction/dissatisfaction by conducting periodic sentiment surveys,
FGDs, coffee table sessions, etc.
● Identify gaps in the student journey that contribute to attrition and LOAs and collaborate with
stakeholders in developing intervention strategies to address these issues
● Continuously engage with students who are in LOAs, encourage and persuade them to return to GSB
C. CRM System Management
● Collect data on admissions and retention
● Analyze data and generate reports for the Office of the Dean
● Coordinate with Marketing to obtain and organize leads
● Coordinate and turnover applications to the Admissions for the follow through
● Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate and complete customer information
● Submit periodic reports on call outs, inquiries received and responded to, etc.
II. Perform other office-related tasks as may be assigned by immediate supervisor or authorized School representatives
