- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential business clients that require logistics and courier solutions.
- Client Acquisition: Present company services, negotiate rates, and close deals with target clients such as distributors, suppliers, and retail businesses.
- Account Management: Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and address service concerns.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly or monthly sales performance reports.
- Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to ensure proper service delivery and client requirements are met.
- Customer Support: Provide assistance to clients for inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Audit: Audit own department expenses
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience in B2B sales, logistics, or courier services is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
