Job Qualifications:

  • Must be a Registered Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
  • Must have a good communication skills.
  • Preferably with at least 1-2 year/s experience in the field of property management (admin, operations, and maintenance) and construction (site engineer, installations, testing/commissioning, turnover experience) in vertical buildings preferably residential condominiums.
  • OSH/COSH Certified
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Willing to work in Davao.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor all turnover and project acceptance related activities on the project
  • Perform all punch listing on behalf of the project proponents
  • Attend coordination meetings
  • Implementation and control of the agreed common area and residential unit punch lists inspection parameters and acceptance guidelines
  • Coordinate all QA/QC with the site construction manager on all quality issues
  • Collaborate and develop inspection and test programs on architectural and civil works
  • Operation and preventive maintenance of MEPF system
  • Operation and monitoring of all critical parameters
  • Ensure strict post construction documentation and project closure
  • Manage project execution
