Job Summary

  • General Responsibility: Responsible for the effective implementation of construction project design, ensuring that work at site progresses according to plan and meets the required time, budgetary, and quality requirements
  • Reports to the Site Supervisor
  • Specific duties:
  • Prepares and monitors project implementation plan using Gantt Charts
  • Plans and requests for materials and manpower needed on-site to ensure timely progress of construction and within budget
  • Coordinates with various stakeholders (architects, clients, in-house team, sub-con, etc) to ensure works are carried out according to plan and prescribed quality standards of the company
  • Supervises day to day operations of manpower (timekeeping, cash advances, etc) and sub-contractors when required, resolving any technical issues that may arise
  • Establishes, maintains and builds good relations with clients as well as their representatives

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications Company Profile

  • BS Civil Engineering, preferably board passers with experience.
