Job Qualifications:

  • Must be a Registered Electrical or Mechanical Engineer or Registered and Licensed Architect
  • Must have a good communication skills
  • Preferably with 1-2 year/s of experience in a post construction of a residential projects or equivalent.
  • Willing to work in Davao City

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor all turnover and project acceptance related activities on the project
  • Perform all punchlisting on behalf of the project proponents
  • Attend coordination meetings
  • Implementation and control of the agreed common area and residential unit punchlists inspection parameters and acceptance guidelines
  • Coordinate all QA/QC with the site construction manager on all quality issues
  • Collaborate and develop inspection and test programs on architectural and civil works
  • Operation and preventive maintenance of MEPF system
  • Operation and monitoring of all critical parameters
  • Ensure strict post construction documentation and project closure
  • Manage project execution
