Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor operation of machines and equipment at power house such as chillers, generator sets, cooling towers, pumps and power center.
  • Accomplish records / log sheets of machines and equipment at power house for future reference.
  • Reports unusual behavior of machines and equipment at power house.
  • Recommends appropriate action plan.
  • Ensure availability of diesel fuel for genset.
  • Request purchase of fuel if necessary.
  • Monitor water level at cistern.
  • Perform other related functions as may be assigned.
  • Knowing how to interpret various technical data, such as pressure and temperature

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent.
  • Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.
  • Working knowledge of boiler systems.
  • Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces.
