Job Description: MECHANIC

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Mechanic to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of warehouse equipment, ensuring everything operates smoothly to support daily operations. If you're a proactive and skilled mechanic, we want you to help maintain the safety and efficiency of our warehouse systems.

  • Perform routine and emergency repairs on warehouse machinery, such as conveyors, forklifts, palletizers, and sorting systems.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all equipment is running at optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with equipment and machinery.
  • Perform repairs on motors, pumps, hydraulic systems, and other mechanical components.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts usage.
  • Work with warehouse staff to resolve any machinery-related issues impacting daily operations.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during maintenance and repair activities.
  • Order replacement parts and maintain an organized inventory of tools and materials.

Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and warehouse standards.

Qualifications:

  • Fit to work
  • Proven experience as a mechanic or maintenance technician in a warehouse or industrial setting. Proficiency in repairing and maintaining warehouse equipment such as forklifts, conveyors, pallet jacks, and automated systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Basic understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards equipment maintenance.
  • Any certifications or qualifications relevant to warehouse maintenance, such as forklift certification, electrical safety, or industrial mechanic certification, are a plus.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in a warehouse or industrial setting. Basic knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, or cold storage systems.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
