Job Description

  • Perform preventive maintenance and repair on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems.
  • Operate and maintain all HVAC systems, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management systems (BMS), and related facilities.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections and prepare reports on operational conditions.
  • Recommend corrective actions based on inspection findings.
  • Review and understand operation manuals, BMS systems, fire/life safety systems, and other facility equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Operate and maintain electrical equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Provide support for after-hours building activities or emergency maintenance needs.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a Vocational Diploma or Short Course in a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in facilities maintenance.
  • Skilled in operating Genset, HVAC, and Compressed Dry Air (CDA) systems, with knowledge of Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS).
  • Knowledgeable in handling Compressor, MVSG, LVSG, Chillers, Cooling Towers, AHU, and FCU systems.
  • Able to read and interpret wiring diagrams.
  • Can follow both verbal and written technical instructions.
