Utilizing competence across several trades to complete diverse maintenance tasks efficiently.

Balancing the timely response to emergency repairs with the schedule execution of Preventive Maintenance (PM)tasks.

Ensuring the continous,safe and optimal operation of critical building infrastructure.

QUALIFICATION:

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required). An associate's degree or Technical/Vocational certification in Facilities Management, Mechanical Systems, HVAC, or Electrical Technology is highly preferred.
  • Technical Training:Demonstrated completion of specialized courses or certifications in at least two core building maintenance trades.
  • Multi-Skilled Focus
  • Proven ability to function independently across at least three of the following four primary trades: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry/General Building Repair.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience performing maintenance and repairs in a commercial, institutional, or residential building environment.
