Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and validate fees, incentives, and payment requests in accordance with company policies.
  • Process payroll, including data preparation, computation, reconciliation, and disbursement.
  • Manage and update payment methods and ensure accuracy of remittance files.
  • Consolidate and reconcile receipts, credit summaries, and remittance reports.
  • Maintain and update the fees manual and documentation for compliance.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all financial reports and payment processing.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in finance operations, payroll, billing, fees processing.
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting or payroll systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
