Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of trade marketing campaigns and promotions at retails locations, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Marketing Materials: Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials (POS, displays, sample, etc.) for retail and trade partners. Ensure all materials are delivered on time and in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Event Coordination: Support the organization and execution of on-ground activations and promotional events. This includes logistics, vendor coordination, and managing on-site activities.
  • Trade Data Management: Collect and analyze trade marketing data, including sales reports, inventory level, and competitor activities. Provide regular insights and recommendations based on data to help improve trade marketing strategies.
  • Communication & Liaison: Serve as a liaison between the Trade Marketing Executive and various internal teams (Sales, Retail, Logistics, etc.) to ensure alignment on trade marketing initiatives.
  • Promotional Tracking: Monitor the effectiveness of trade promotions and provide post-event analysis, including feedback on what worked well and what can be improved for future campaigns.
  • Retailer Support: Assist in the training and support of retail partners, ensuring they have the necessary information and materials to execute campaigns successfully.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of campaign activities, budgets, and promotional outcomes. Prepare reports for the Trade Marketing Executive to track progress and identify areas for optimization.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field
  • Have at least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or retail coordination
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in reporting and data entry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with basic marketing tools or software (e.g., CRM, analytics platforms) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of trade marketing strategies and retails environment dynamics is an advantage
  • Willing to be placed in the vicinity of Mega Manila
