Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the research, maintenance, and reporting of marketing data (including weekly registration reports)
  • Assist in data analysis for daily, monthly, and post-event reports to communicate key insights to marketing leadership
  • Perform data entry and cleanup as needed
  • Coordinate asset collection to fulfill all digital, print, and branded content deliverables, managing timelines and workflows while collaborating with the marketing team to execute partnership deliverables
  • Maintain and update website information, ensuring improvements to user experience where necessary
  • Create graphics and resize logos and images for social media and paid digital campaigns
  • Manage administrative tasks related to event directories, including ad tracking, organizing the directory by product category, and collecting assets for ads and featured products
  • Maintain marketing budgets and manage monthly accruals
  • Handle P-Card expense coding and ensure accurate tracking
  • Track deliverables and correspondence associated with all barter agreements
  • Update attendee correspondence templates, including event FAQs
  • Build and manage all exhibitor and attendee post-event surveys

Customer Service:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email
  • Troubleshoot and process ticketing issues, including questions, refunds, and transfers
  • Manage AI Chatbot to assist with customer service inquiries
