Hospitality Innovators, Inc. (HII) specializes in managing, operating, and renting condominium hotels and resorts. Our primary goal is to offer customers superior value for money while ensuring attractive financial returns and asset valuations for property owners. We prioritize quality over quantity in property management. Currently, HII manages twelve properties, including eight condominium hotels, two residential condominiums, two condormitels, and two upcoming hotels. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator located in Subic Bay. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for handling daily sales activities, coordinating and planning events, managing projects, and communicating effectively with clients and internal teams. The role also includes writing marketing materials and reports, driving sales initiatives, and supporting overall marketing strategies including socia media management.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Writing skills
  • Sales experience and the ability to drive sales initiatives
  • Event Planning and Project Management skills, Social Media Management
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
