Responsibilities:

  • Post job ads, screen applicants, and schedule interviews.
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Handle employee inquiries on basic HR matters.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
  • Perform other related HR and admin duties.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related course (preferred but not required).
  • With or without HR experience (training provided).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Willing to work on seasonal/contract basis.

Job Types: Temporary, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
