Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager, located in Quezon City. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, overseeing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and analyzing market trends. The role includes managing social media accounts, coordinating with the sales team, and creating promotional materials. The Marketing Manager will also monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Skills in conducting market research and analyzing market trends
  • Proficiency in managing social media accounts and creating promotional materials
  • Strong coordination skills with sales teams and external partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Quezon City
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the dairy industry is a plus

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Create marketing and branding objectives based on sales quota set by President.

· Prepare marketing strategies alongside and in cooperation with Cebu OIC and Marketing Coor. and other marketing staff in the future.

· Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback of general public on activities implemented.

· Prepare and adhere to approved budget proposals.

· Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.

· Gather and analyze customer insight, relay them to sales and marketing team.

· Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share.

· Engage consumers on social media like FB, Instagram and Twitter among others..

· Create relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of LTHFood Industries Inc.

· Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms in coordination with internal and third party marketing teams.

· Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, trade channels and partners to position LTHFood Industries Inc. as innovator and leader.
