Job Summary:

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock, and maintaining efficient inventory control procedures. This role involves working closely with purchasing, warehouse, and to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize losses or discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and manage inventory levels using inventory management software or systems (e.g. Microsoft Excel)
  • Perform regular stock audits and cycle counts to verify accuracy of inventory records.
  • Receive, inspect, and record shipments of materials and products.
  • Organize and maintain the inventory storage areas for efficiency and safety.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or issues.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and procurement teams to forecast demand and reorder stock as necessary.
  • Prepare and analyze inventory reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Label, tag, and categorize inventory items correctly.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements for inventory control and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems (IMS) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php14,000.00 per month
