The Brand Specialist with Makeup Expertise serves as the face of the brand, combining in-depth product knowledge with hands-on artistry skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role focuses on promoting brand awareness, driving sales, and ensuring consistent brand representation through product demonstrations, makeup consultations, and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the brand by providing professional makeup consultations and personalized product recommendations.
  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and proper usage to enhance brand loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective demonstration, cross-selling, and upselling techniques.
  • Conduct product trainings, makeup tutorials, and in-store activations to promote new launches and seasonal campaigns.
  • Maintain brand image and visual merchandising standards across display areas and counters.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback and market insights to support brand and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to execute promotions and strengthen brand visibility.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management, stock replenishment, and product availability at all times.
  • Stay updated on beauty trends, competitive brands, and emerging makeup techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Brand Specialist, Beauty Advisor, or Makeup Artist in the cosmetics or beauty retail industry.
  • Strong makeup application skills with a deep understanding of color matching, skincare, and beauty trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a passion for engaging customers and representing the brand.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in retail sales, merchandising, or brand activation is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php40,000.00 per month
