Asset Management Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing asset management policies, procedures, and strategies.
  • Support in conducting regular inspections and assessments of company assets.
  • Maintain accurate records of asset acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and maintenance.
  • Help manage the asset inventory system, ensuring all assets are properly tagged and accounted for.
  • Coordinate with departments regarding asset requests, usage, and documentation requirements.
  • Assist in preparing asset maintenance schedules and monitoring compliance.
  • Generate basic reports on asset utilization, performance, and inventory updates.
  • Provide administrative support in enforcing asset disposal policies and compliance with company standards.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of all asset-related records.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Asset Management Specialist or Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in asset management, inventory management, or administrative support (fresh graduates may also be considered).
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with attention to detail.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of asset management or inventory systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with different departments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn asset management practices and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
