Job Description:

Responsible for maintaining accurate records of company assets including collaterals, repossessed properties (ROPOA), vehicles, and equipment. Ensures proper tracking, auditing, and compliance with company policies and lending regulations. Provides administrative support and coordinates with various departments on asset-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain updated inventory of assets and loan-related properties.
  • Conduct audits and prepare reports on asset status and utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Legal teams on collaterals and ROPOA.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Knowledge in asset management, inventory control, or lending operations preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive four-wheel vehicles is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
