Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business/Accounting or related course.
  • At least 1 year experience in related field and in a university/school set-up is preferred but not required.
  • Computer literate, Proficient in MS Office application & Accounting System
  • Average Oral and written communication skills
  • Strong Background in Asset Management
  • Ability to analyze financial data, recognize errors and recommend corrections
  • Average problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.To monitor and properly identify and recorded all items in fixed asset register whether purchased or under leased as described in the fixed asset policy and procedures.

  1. To check the submitted documents (i.e. invoices, delivery receipts and purchase order) if complete.

  2. To monitor and check the accountabilities of resigning employees for clearance purposes.

  3. To monitor and properly identify fixed asset monthly depreciation.

  4. To monitor the stock inventory and sales of Uniforms.

  5. To assists on Physical Inventory by scheduling the physical inventory of each unit.

  6. To monitor all documents of disposal, transfer and retirements are correct.

  7. Provides assistance with the annual audit for the Asset Management Department.

  8. To assist customers (i.e. purchase of uniforms, and merchandise) at Bulldogs Exchange.
