PURPOSE: To generate sales for the Company build relationships with retailers, distributors, and other businesses and trade channels to be able to generate sales for the Company; to protect the Company by keeping an accurate account of its product inventory in the stores; and to ensure that product displays, advertising and promotion drives are properly executed;

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Performance

· Sell assigned volume and revenue objective.

· Achieve highest possible placement & Display of Nextrade products in assigned outlets in accordance with product assortment matrix

· Achieve revenue growth objective

Store Level Performance

· Perform Basic Call Procedure in every store visit

· Maintain " Premium on the shelf" image of Nextrade Products.

· Secure ideal displays (Base on Planogram)for Nextrade products

· Assist in implementation of Trade Marketing programs and activities.

· Maintain correct inventory level of Nextrade products.

· Provide timely information on competitive activities

· Manage product returns according to Nextrade policy and procedures.

· Maintain Call Record or Call Sheet Per Account for historical sales reference. Submit Daily & Weekly Required Reports (S.O., Expense Report, Trade Returns & Inventory).

Customer Care

· Regular coverage of assigned outlet

· Establish rapport with buyers, selling area supervisors, warehouse supervisors, & RDU supervisors.

· Proper Handling of Nextrade Products.

· Implementation of Product Shelf Life monitoring & Reporting.

· Build company image.

· Proper handling of customer complaints.

· Coordinate regularly with Customer Development Manager & Trade Sales Supervisor all issues and concerns.

TECHNICAL CRITICAL PERFORMANCE AREA

Sales - achieve sales target & revenue growth objectives of both existing and new products.

Merchandising - Enforce compliance to NTPI merchandising standards and achieve "premium on shelf image".

Basic Call Procedure – Perform the step by step work procedure in every outlet / store listed in the Master Coverage Plan.

Customer Care - promote pro-active customer sales servicing beyond expectations.

Manage Trade Returns – Report / Monitor ageing of Nextrade products in the assigned outlets & approved implement depletion plan. Ensure freshness of that all products display in the store/outlet.

Trade Marketing – Assist in the execution & implementation of trade marketing activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least college level.

At least six months work as supermarket merchandiser.

Related sales experience preferred

Adequate skill in oral and written communication
