I. *Customer Service*
· Takes responsibility in identifying market and prospecting clients.
· Facilitates marketing campaigns and strategies and prepares action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
· Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
· Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
· Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity and manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
· Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
· Follow-up for collection of payment.
· Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.
· Identify and resolve client concerns.
· Conducts follow-up service calls to all accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
II. *Sales Management*
· Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
· Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback to the customers/clients in coordination with the Product Specialist.
· Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.
· Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
· Monthly/quarterly/annual target attainment.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Arts and Science courses from a reputable University or School with good scholastic and moral records.
Experience:
· At least one to two years of experience that includes sales
· A proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals.
