We're seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow partner networks, strengthen retailer relationships, and boost sales performance across an assigned territory. This role combines field work, partner engagement, and hands-on sales support to ensure successful onboarding, training, and continuous merchant productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly sales and store activation targets by driving merchant performance and increasing market presence.
  • Ensure active merchants remain productive month-over-month.
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships, providing ongoing support and issue resolution.
  • Conduct regular store visits to train sales teams, deploy marketing materials, and run incentive campaigns.
  • Develop territory-specific sales strategies based on market insights and competitor analysis.
  • Identify and onboard new partner retailers, ensuring compliance with requirements and smooth activation.
  • Maintain accurate customer databases and record all partner interactions and sales activities.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.
About You (Requirements)
  • Technical or university studies in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years' experience in Customer Service, Software Sales, Mobile Devices, or Field Sales—preferably in telecommunications.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train and influence partner staff.
  • Results-driven with strong organisation, resilience, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills to manage store performance and drive sales growth.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for field visits; personal transportation (car or motorcycle) required.
