About the role
As a Customer Service Representative in Pampanga, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This full-time position is based in Pampanga, Central Luzon, offering a competitive salary of up to 28,000 per month DEPENDS ON THE EXPERIENCE.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, providing timely and effective solutions
- Actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and work towards resolving their issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document all pertinent information
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or subject matter experts as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and identify areas for process improvements
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and best practices
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the healthcare industry but not require
- Must be willing to work fulltime onsite and in shifting schedule
- Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with customers
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to quickly identify and address customer concerns
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data entry
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to change
- A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
