Job Description

As an Appointment Setter, you will be the voice that initiates strong client connections. You'll contact qualified leads, follow up on warm prospects, and schedule meetings for the Business Development Manager, ensuring smooth engagement across CRM and LinkedIn. Your communication skills will directly support business growth.

Job Overview:

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM (QLD Time)

Work Setup: Onsite, Makati or Cebu

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or inside sales roles within financial services, preferably with mortgage experience
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calls and handle objections professionally
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms (Pipedrive/Highlevel preferred)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar outreach tools
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven
  • Previous experience in financial services, lending, or B2B sectors is highly regarded

Your Daily Tasks

  • Contact mortgage brokers from the existing CRM (Pipedrive/Highlevel) and LinkedIn
  • Reach out to potential developer clients and borrowers to introduce the company and qualify interest
  • Conduct follow-ups on previously contacted leads and track next steps
  • Book in-person or phone appointments directly into the Business Development Manager's calendar
  • Manage and update lead interactions in the CRM
  • Send messages and follow-ups to leads via LinkedIn
  • Record outreach activity and appointment metrics accurately and on time
  • Coordinate with the Business Development Manager on weekly objectives and feedback
